- Email address with which you placed the order
- Order number
- Damaged item
- Photo of the article
Put the item back in its original packaging and wait for our instructions. We will email you a pdf of the waybill to print out and attach to the parcel, which the courier will pick up on the day you decide. You will not have to pay anything for this shipment.
If the relevant department confirms that the item is damaged or incorrect, we will, within 14 working days of receiving the package, refund the transaction, including the shipping costs initially paid for receiving the order (if this includes only the damaged item).
