No, unfortunately it is not possible to return a personalised item.
All customised products, including jerseys with players' names and applied patches, involve the manual intervention of one of our specialised operators, who produces the item you have chosen to customise exclusively for you.
Whether you choose a player's name and number, or the name and number you prefer, the intervention and realisation of the print will always be done exclusively to meet your request.
For this reason, when purchasing a customised product, please ensure that you select the correct option and size.
The right of withdrawal is excluded, pursuant to art. 59 of Legislative Decree no. 21/2014, in the case of the supply of personalised goods (e.g.: personalised products with names and/or numbers, with patches, with initials, with the exception of defective or damaged products) as well as sealed goods that are not suitable to be returned for hygienic or health protection reasons and that have been opened after delivery (e.g. underwear and costumes, face masks, etc.).
