Shipments are made from Monday to Friday.
In Italy, the courier is required to make 3 delivery attempts to the destination address indicated by the user at the time of purchase, before placing the shipment in storage.
For the international market, the express courier makes 1 delivery attempt. In the event that there is no party at the time of collection, the goods will be taken to the courier's place of business. It shall be up to the Customer to collect the parcel, otherwise the goods shall return to the Seller after 7 days. It is therefore necessary to indicate a location that is always manned as the delivery address.
Before accepting the parcel, check that the packaging is intact, not damaged or wet. Any damage to the packaging must be immediately detected by means of a reserve note placed on the courier's proof of delivery and communicated to the Seller by registered letter with return receipt or contact form.
